Can I use credit on anything?
Yes — any fragrance, any size, any collection, including CN1 Originals and new releases. Credit covers the product total. Tax and shipping are billed separately when they apply, and shipping is free on three or more items.
Does the credit expire?
Not while your membership is active. It carries over month to month with no cap. If you cancel, your remaining balance stays spendable for 30 days and we email you before it lapses.
How do I pause or skip a month?
Open your account, go to Membership, and choose Skip or Pause. Do it any time before your renewal date and you won't be charged that month. Your existing balance stays put.
How do I claim the free bottle?
After three renewed months a redemption appears in your account. Add any 50ml to your cart and it comes off at checkout. It resets every three months for as long as you're a member.
Can I return something bought with credit?
Yes. Members get one free return and one free exchange per order. Refunds go back to your credit balance, so the money stays available to you immediately.
Do I have to be a member to buy from CN1?
No, and we won't pre-check a box to make you one. The full catalog is available at regular pricing without a membership. Access exists for people who buy more than once a year.

CN1 Access is a recurring membership operated by MJR Gateway LLC. By enrolling you authorize a one-time charge of $1.95 for the first month and a recurring charge of $29.00 per month thereafter, plus applicable tax, until you cancel. Each charge is issued to your account as store credit redeemable on CN1 Fragrance products. Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be applied to tax or shipping. Membership renews automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account, and remaining credit is redeemable for 30 days after cancellation. Member discounts and free-shipping thresholds may not combine with sitewide promotions. We'll notify you before any material change to these terms. Full details in the CN1 Access membership terms.
