- For added peace of mind, customers can purchase Route Package Protection at checkout. This service protects your package against loss, theft, or damage during transit. If your package is affected, you can file a claim directly with Route for a swift resolution.

- Delivery times are based on the carrier’s availability and may vary depending on your location.

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package's progress.
